But I’ve grown quite fond of photography. It’s relaxing.

I like your shots

Thanks!

“Pretty Good” -> better shots than 60% of the people who claim to be better photographers.
If you want to get really fun photos, try diecast cars. Their small size makes them super easy to move and “pose”!

Thanks! I have a few of those laying around, I might try it. I want to get some good shots of the Mach 1 and F100 behind our house, but it’s rattler season.

Yeah, I wouldn’t want to fuck with those. I’m also worried I’ll run into a copperhead (or any snake, really) while I’m running. Nasty fuckers.

Copperheads aren’t too bad, they tend to only bite if you try to handle them.

My worry is that, since I’m running, I won't see it and step on it.

And I got somewhat close.

Those are really cool cars

Just keep running. I have to walk through woods for my job, it’s terrifying.

What engine does the Mustang have in it?
![]() 07/09/2016 at 21:31 |

Thanks! I wish I could say that they were all mine, but I’m fine with my two.
![]() 07/09/2016 at 21:32 |

It’s not mine, but I do believe it’s a 351.

Yeah, I know. It’s a pretty irrational fear. As long as you’re a few feet away, Copperheads will leave you alone. It actually hurts them to inject large amounts venom, so most of the time, they won’t bite down to kill.

What’s it doing in the weeds?

It’s another one of the owners, I’ll get around to it, projects.

Does he have any running Fords, or is he just a project hoarder?

His and his wife’s daily drivers. But yeah, he also has a ‘71 Mach 1, an early Nissan D20, a YJ, a late 80's Ram, and a few other things in the woods.
![]() 07/09/2016 at 21:59 |

Wow, you need to get pictures of the ‘71 at some point. What are the few other things . . . . ?
![]() 07/09/2016 at 22:12 |

The ‘71 is at his mother’s, so I haven’t seen it. The others are unknown to me, because snakes.

Oooo . . . . mystery cars. I guess you have no need to go back to that junkyard, since you have your own!
![]() 07/09/2016 at 22:15 |

There is more there though.

Yeah photography is fun, even if it is done as just a casual hobby it feels really nice, also having a collection of aesthetic pictures to look at is nice too.

Have you seen any activity, or is it abandoned?

I’ve seen car movement, so it’s something.
